i have been swishing my brushes in motor oil since I started. Clean them in your thinner and then lay them flat in a shalow pan with oil. This will keep the paint from harding in the heel and you will get a long life from them.

I use Neats Foot Oil. You can get it at any farm store. Its is used for leather care but and good friend of mine who is an old striper taught me to use this. I have had one bottle for two years and its not even half empty. It works great and like motor oil just clean it out with thinner.
